A half-leg with only 3 checkpoints, providing a gentle initiation and a taste of the daily routine of the days to come.
The route offers a mix of well-defined landscapes, a oued and some wide flat plains: easy enough to allow the competitors to get their bearings.
A first taste of the joy and relief of returning to the bivouac!
This prologue will give rise to an initial ranking, used only to determine the departure order of the teams for the next day.
