On-Site Organization

300 organizers supervise the participants throughout the Rally: race directors, ranking managers, medical assistance drivers, communication team, mechanics, fuel attendants, cooks, laborers…

The Rally primarily relies on an outstanding logistics system! A true little nomadic village, in the purest Moroccan style, moving with the event, it accommodates around 700 people daily and comes alive on the day of the prologue, never sleeping.

It serves three objectives:

  • Provide participants with a haven of peace, recovery, and rest after their challenge.

  • Provide organizers with the technical means to successfully carry out their mission

  • Ensure journalists and communication teams have the best working conditions

A Clean Bivouac

For as long as it has existed, the environment has been at the heart of our concerns. The Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles of Morocco has been built and continues to develop with the constant aim of preserving the natural sites of the countries crossed while respecting local populations. At the bivouac, waste generated is sorted, recycled, or incinerated. This proper waste management ensures the desert remains clean and preserved.

On-Site Safety

Significant Technical and Human Resources

Sports management and safety are two essential pillars of the Rally.
To this end, substantial human and technical resources are deployed to meet the established quality objectives.

IRITRACK Technology

Since 2001, the organization has used a satellite security system (IRITRACK technology). It allows the organization to track each crew live 24/7 and ensure optimal safety. This equipment has been tested on rallies for several years.

This technology has several advantages:

It is extremely robust and reliable in terms of information transmission.

It allows the Gazelles to send medical or mechanical alerts during their stage, which are received immediately by the organization.

Crews can contact the organization directly at any time.

Shared Mechanical Assistance
