For more than 35 years, the Rally has defended a human, responsible and committed vision.
Here, women move forward together, with mutual support, confidence, courage and the desire to take on a transformative challenge.

Our environmental commitment is concrete, measurable, and certified:
The Rally is the only rally in the world whose environmental management is ISO 14001 certified.
an international standard validated by an independent body.
Here, every action counts, with a few examples:
- Reducing emissions: optimized logistics, no speed, short circuits, limiting the number of crews
- Reasonable water management: savings at bivouacs, strict controls
- Preservation of biodiversity: concerted routes, biodegradable products, wastewater filtration
- Zero waste in the desert: sorting, recycling, upcycling, incineration
- Innovations: electric vehicles, retrofitting, alternative fuels

The Gazelles Solidarity Award
Because the adventure doesn’t stop at the dunes, we are proud to see that the Gazelles use their desert experience to support a cause close to their hearts. To encourage and highlight this wonderful initiative, Maïenga Sports Events created the Gazelles Solidarity Award in 2021.
Each year, participants in the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles du Maroc have the opportunity to spotlight a non-profit association recognized as serving the public interest. To do so, they complete a presentation form for the association of their choice, which they then submit to the organization.
At the end of the Rally, a jury made up of members of the CSR Committee meets to review all submitted projects. After deliberation, a €10,000 Award is granted by Maïenga to the association that most captured the jury’s attention.
This award embodies the spirit of solidarity, commitment, and self-surpassing that drives the Gazelles far beyond the desert dunes.
