The video of your team must introduce the two members of the team and present your motivation for taking part in the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles 2011. Be original and fun – try to appeal to as many viewers as possible.
Video formats accepted: .mov, .mpg, .wmv, .flv or a link to Youtube, Dailymotion or other video service. Your video should not be more than 2 minutes in length and cannot exceed 25 MB.
This competition is exclusive to individual (not corporate) teams.
Your video will be published online at www.rallyeaichadesgazelles.com after validation by Maïenga’s webmaster.
Any video of a pornographic, violent or racist nature, or deemed offensive to moral standards, human dignity or ethical values, will be refused by the webmaster.
The word "team" is used to designate 2 women over 18 who meet the conditions for participation in the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles.
The contest may be entered exclusively via the www.rallyeaichadesgazelles.com website, in accordance with the transmission methods and production of required information as detailed on the website and in the entry form. Entries submitted by CD or DVD or any other medium will not be accepted.
The use of automated registration software is prohibited. Any participation using multiple email addresses, multiple identities or any other means of repeated voting will be judged inadmissible. The Contest Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any individual or to cancel one or more votes of any individual taking part or attempting to take part in the present Contest using means that are contrary to the present Regulations or judged unfair towards the other participants.
ONLY: 1 SINGLE VOTE PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER IP ADDRESS per DAY will be counted (i.e. one vote per computer)
By uploading their videos, the team authorizes Maïenga to use their name and image without financial or other compensation.
The prizes awarded to the contest winners may not be redeemed for cash or any other credit, product or service of any kind.
Maïenga reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel the online publication of the videos in the event of force majeure, and in particular in the following situations: internet malfunction, email problems or loss of email, communication network failure, delayed transmission, destruction or degradation of data, unauthorized access to forms or bulletins, or any other problem related to telecommunications networks, on-line computers, computer servers, internet providers, software etc.

Every year more and more of you want to take part in the 2013 Aïcha des Gazelles Rally and want to know when we're meeting up.
Here are the dates of our next "Gazelle meeting" in France!
- Saturday, June 16 at 2.30 pm in Avignon:
This first meeting will allow you to understand exactly what the Rally involes, how to prepare and how to organise your project, look for sponsors etc.
Dominique Serra, founder of the Rally and Marina Vrillacq, head of French crew, will be delighted to welcome you and answer all your questions.
The meeting will end around 5.30 pm.
- Saturday, September 8 from 10.00 am to 5.30 pm in Villeuve Lez Avignon:
The Gazelle Garden day is a large gathering to which we invite all future and past participants, and the organizers.
It is in the spirit of a picnic with friends that we welcome you in a green park with many stands...
