Our basic principles
The basic principles of a responsible organizer:
For the past 20 years our event management agency, Maïenga, has been using all of its expertise and professionalism to serve the event’s participants and partners.
With the expertise of its collaborators, Maïenga promises to:

- set up a code of sports ethics,
- provide quality services,
- ensure that our service providers possess the necessary skills to ensure that the event runs smoothly,
- respect the host country and its customs,
- work in collaboration with the local inhabitants through citizen-friendly behaviour,
- make sure that the environmental charter is respected,
- function according to our values,
- always seek excellence in all of the preceding points,
- follow the letter of the law when it comes to providing civil and professional liability insurance.
